A certified nursing assistant, or CNA, helps patients or clients with healthcare needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). CNAs are the caregiver who helps patients with activities of daily living and basic needs. They provide patients safe and more comfortable environment. CNAs spend most of their time assisting patients and listening to their concerns or needs.
