Physical therapy\u00a0involves\u00a0exercise\u00a0of some kind that is specifically designed for the<br \/>\ninjury, illness, or to help prevent the future health related issues.<\/p>\n<p>For many people, one of the primary factors is pain relief. Movements often provide pain relief<br \/>\nas well. A physical therapist will provide you with the appropriate exercises not only for the<br \/>\npain relief but to recover range of motion and strength.<\/p>\n<p>In some of the cases, physical therapy techniques can be painful. It suggests that sensitive<br \/>\ntissues are being irritated or damaged.Bad pain usually happens near or within a joint (knee or<br \/>\nshoulder joint) and because you move too quickly, into an extreme range of motion.<\/p>\n<p>The most common area patients experience bad pain is the low back due to inappropriate<br \/>\ntechnique.
